Over the last 24 hours, President-elect Donald Trump has been engaged in a war of sorts with BuzzFeed over a story they published regarding his alleged ties with Russia.
Explaining how disgusted he was by the release of a false and defamatory so-called “CIA dossier” alleging Trump’s dealing with and while in Russia, Donald Trump blew up.
Explaining his tweet that he felt like he was living in Nazi Germany, Trump said:
“I think it was disgraceful that the intelligence agencies allowed any information that turned out to be so false and fake” to get out, Trump says. Just like Nazi Germany, he says.
“As far as Buzzfeed which is a failing pile of garbage writing it, I think they’re going to suffer the consequences, and they already are.”
Then CNN reporter Jim Acosta stepped up to ask a question, and Trump wasn’t having any of it. He repeatedly talked over the reporter, telling them his “organization was terrible,” and that he would not be answering a question for the “fake news organization.”
Trump turned away from the CNN reporter, pointedly shifting the focus to other reporters: “She’s trying to ask a question, don’t be rude. Don’t be rude. No, I’m not going to give you a question. You are fake news.”
