The left-wing histrionics continue in the wake of Donald Trump’s victory on Tuesday. The latest example of over-the-top rhetoric comes from Hussam Ayloush, the head of the Council on American Islamic Relations’ Los Angeles office.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Ayloush suggests an Arab Spring-like overthrow of the United States Government.
Take a look:
Ok, repeat after me:
Al-Shaab yureed isqat al-nizaam.
(Arab Spring chant)

According to Daniel Pipes of the Mideast Forum, “that second line is Arabic (“الشعب يريد إسقاط النظام”) for ‘The people wants to bring down the regime.'”
No big deal: just a Muslim leader in Muslim-American dialogue publicly calling for the overthrow of the American government.
Anyway, who is this Mr. Ayloush?
According to his (surprise!) Huffington Post author profile, Ayloush is a “hHe is also “a second-term elected Executive Board member to the CA [yet another surprise!] Democratic Party (CDP).”
Ironically enough, Ayloush “also serves on the board of the Muslim American Homeland Security Congress (MAHSC).”In other words, ladies and gentlemen, a Muslim advisor on “Muslim-American Homeland Security” has just publicly called for the violent overthrow of the American government.
As always: the Left only understands force.
Nor is Ayloush alone in his “Democratic” call for anti-democratic violence. Joss Whedon, the famous screenwriter and director of hits like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, and Avengers: Age of Ultron, also recently broadcast his hate for Trump and his love for force in a single tweet:

On a more grassroots level, yet another NeverTrumper has called for violence to solve America’s legal-and-public-elections problem.
A Fairview Park (in Cleveland, OH) man has been charged in federal court with tweeting an Election-Night threat against Republican President-elect Donald Trump.
A criminal complaint unsealed Monday says that Zachary Benson made the posts on Twitter early Wednesday morning, right before most major news outlets declared Trump the winner.
“Diplomacy. F—ing fools. I hate you all. I want to bomb every one of your voting booths and your general areas.”
“My life goal is to assassinate Trump. Don’t care if I serve infinite sentences. That man deserves to decease existing.”
A U.S. Secret Service agent interviewed Benson late Wednesday. He admitted to making the threats and was apologetic, the complaint says.
Benson is charged with making threat to a successor to the presidency. He turned himself in Thursday and made his first appearance in front of a judge on Monday. Preliminary and detention hearings are scheduled for later this week.
In his interview with the Secret Service, Benson said he was at a restaurant on Election Night with his father and a friend. They had a few drinks and food before going home, the complaint says.
Benson said he was in his room watching election returns on TV when he tweeted the threats, the complaint says. He said he never had any intentions behind the tweets “and was just frustrated thinking about how President-elect Trump’s policies could affect BENSON’s job,” according to the complaint.
He said he knew he went too far and deleted the tweets when he woke up in the morning, the complaint says. He said he isn’t a violent person, but rather anti-social and introverted.
Remember, these are not outliers, and they are not just a temporary flare-up of “post-election blues.” These are symptoms of the deeper illness: the Left only understands force.
The good news is that we are experiencing a true “renaissance” of law and order, patriotism and, despite, painful clashes now and then, a truly open debate about the future of America.
And if Trump-haters ever try to blame him for the clashes, remind them of two things.
First, we have solid evidence that the Democrats recruit and pay protestors to incite violence and unrest.
Not surprisingly, 60 Minutes criticizes Trump for making a “brief” statement but refuses to note that Obama and Hillary still have not denounced the anti-Trump unrest across the nation. Second, Trump has explicitly told his supporters not to engage in violence against his critics.(h/t:conservativedailypost)
