The designer that made the open statement about her refusal to design attire for the future First Lady, was obviously trying to gain attention, and approval–in order to promote her product. She apparently mistakenly believed that all the negativity being spewed by angry liberals would somehow garner praise for her tacky comment. However, even many liberals were disgusted by that ploy. I completely understand the disrespect the public is demonstrating toward the dillusional designer, but it wasn’t our current First Lady that made that tacky statement….and even thought she has worn some of the designs created by this person, she is not responsible for the comments of the designer.
